CHILDREN'S FALL & SPRING TUITION SCHEDULE
Option I
Payment in full with 5% discount,
due on or before the week of August 25
Option II
Two equal payments due on or before the weeks of August 25 and January 7
Option III
Five Bi-Monthly payments, recommended for new students,
due on or before weeks of August 25, October 1, December 1, February 1 and
April 1
Option IV
Single class rate:
$15 for 1 hour class due prior to start of each
class
$20 for 1½ - 2 hour class due prior to start of each
class
METHOD OF PAYMENT
WUDC accepts cash, check and money orders.. Credit cards are not accepted.
LATE PAYMENT POLICY

Late Charge: All accounts more than 15 days past due will be assessed a $10 late charge.

Returned Checks: $30 charge on all returned checks.

Discounts are not applied to payments made late.
TUITION POLICY NOTES

You are responsible for paying your tuition on time. Reminder notices are sent home with students the week before tuition is due. A $10 late fee will be charged for past due tuition, and all other fees.

Statements are sent in advance of tuition due date.

Students past due 30 days or more are not allowed to participate in classes. Statements are mailed to those who are in arrears.

There is no prorating of tuition for illness, inclement weather, vacations, or holidays; however, students may make up missed days at no additional charge. It is wise to plan make-up classes ahead of time for when the studio is closed. For make up classes see our receptionist.

Advance tuition payments qualify for specific discounts as stated in the Financial Agreement. This is not recommended for new students, because there are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. No Exceptions, however, credits may be granted.

No performance costumes will be released until all current and past due tuition and fees are paid.

Family Discount higher tuition student pays the full amount, others from the same family save 15%.

Tuition, lecture demonstration, recital, and costume fees are neither refundable nor transferable.

The studio must be notified in writing when a student withdraws. You will be responsible for all tuition and fees until we receive notification.
