Option I

Single, full payment includes 5% discount, due on or before the week of
August 22

Option II

Two equal payments, due on or before the weeks of

Option IV

Single class rate of $20 is due prior to the start of each class.

Adult Tuition

Students over 18 years of age purchase classes either in blocks or individually and are issued tracking cards each period. Class Cards must be used during the period purchased.

Adult Card Period Dates

Period I August 22 – October 17
Period II   October 18 – December 17
Period III  January 4 – February 25
Period IV   February 28 – April 28
Period V    May 2 – May 27 (4 weeks)

Family Discount

Higher tuition student pays the full amount, others from the same family save 15%.

Late Payment Policy

Late Charge:  Accounts more than 15 days past due assessed a $10 late charge.
Returned Checks:  $35 charge on all returned checks.
Discounts are not applied to payments made late.

Tuition Policy Notes

  1. You are responsible for paying your tuition on time. Reminder notices are posted and mailed the week before tuition is due. A $10 late fee will be charged for past due tuition, and all other past due fees. Statements are mailed to those who are in arrears.
  2. Students past due 30 days or more are not allowed to participate in classes.
  3. There is no pro-rating of tuition for illness, inclement weather, vacations, or holidays; however, students may make up missed days at no additional charge.  For make up classes see our receptionist.
  4. Option I and Option II tuition payments qualify for specific discounts as stated in the Financial Agreement. This is not recommended for new students, because there are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS,  no exceptions; however credits may be granted upon director's approval.
  5. No performance costumes will be released until all current and past due tuition and fees are paid.
  6. Tuition, lecture demonstration, recital, and costume fees are neither refundable nor transferable.
  7. The studio must be notified in writing when a student withdraws. You will be responsible for all tuition and fees until we receive notification.
